I specialise in providing professional development and executive coach-mentoring services, drawing from my distinctive combination of director-level corporate expertise, coach-mentoring proficiency, and formal counselling training.

​I have an extensive 35-year background in Financial Services and Information Technology where I managed large teams and led major transformation programmes.  I hold a Global Individual Accreditation at the Senior Practitioner level and I bring over 25 years of experience in coach-mentoring.

​

Central to my philosophy is a commitment to understanding clients holistically, placing emphasis on their complete selves rather than solely their professional identity. I establish empathetic connections with an approach free from  judgment, facilitating positive transitions through my pragmatic and supportive style. Clients describe me as both professional and caring, appreciating my capacity to present challenges when necessary and always with respect for their autonomy.

I focus in assisting clients with career development and transition, leadership style and presence, and the cultivation of confidence and self-esteem. Additionally, I support clients in diverse areas such as problem-solving, influencing, stakeholder management, and team collaboration/transitions.
