"What I Actually Use in Coaching"
In my many years of coaching, I have built a huge bank of resources - exercises, tools, books, websites, infographics and much much more. In 2026 I decided that I wanted to share these resources with others so that they could either help themselves, or use them to help and coach others.
Because most of my work is with women in professional services I have built 3 example clients who typically represent much of the work that I do and in 2027 I will be sharing my resources in the context of these 3 women.

Jenny - The OverLoaded Leader
Jenny, 43, is a Senior Operations Director in a law firm. Recently, the pressure has built to a point where she had an emotional outburst in a meeting; this was a moment that left her ashamed and unsettled. She’s stressed and feels her confidence slipping and it’s starting to impact relationships at home.
Priya - The Perfectionist High Achiever
Priya, 47, is a Tax Partner in a consultancy firm. She’s brilliant but exhausted, driven by perfectionism, people‑pleasing and fear of judgment. A recent client escalation and feedback about delegation has shaken her.

Laura - The Emerging Executive
Laura, 39, is a Senior Legal Counsel in financial services. She’s been identified on the organisation’s talent plan and they want to proactively invest in her development as she moves toward Director‑level responsibilities. She’s technically outstanding, but wants to build confidence, presence and influence at enterprise level
